Hi, I’m Austen.
Having grown up spending the majority of my youngster-years in foreign places (Switzerland and Canada), it’s no wonder I found myself with an unquenchable desire to perform. Storytelling I’ve found, is universal, and the ultimate human connection. Good thing to note when dealing with culture shock.
The performance bug started in musicals as a kid, took a sharp left onto the hallowed fields of Purdue University as a collegiate football player, evolved into a successful (and on-going) tenure as the singer/songwriter for my band Midnight Divide, and settled in the cozy comfort of vocal booths and video cameras amidst the endless concrete jungle that is Los Angeles, CA.
Besides working full-time as voice actor, I also run my own commercial recording facility in Hollywood, called Silverside Recording; toiling away as a music producer, mixer and generally obsessive audiophile.
